Welcome to the 2024 Football and Cheer Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Pewaukee Youth Football.

• Registration must be completed online, we are paperless!
• Online Registration must be completed in order to receive equipment
• Only online payments accepted (Credit Card, Debit or Checking Account)
• Installment payments will be an option to pay (the day you register $100, then remaining balance divided equally on June 1st and then July 1st)
• Volunteer fee of $100 is refundable by completing 4 hours of service per registered player
